First up, Marble Restaurant is a celebration of fantazmical South African fare, boasting a grand wood-fired grill imported from Michigan as the star of the show for a Marbleous shared food experience.
Sister restaurant Saint is a culinary duel of the inner conflict in every human: good or bad, saint or sinner, now or never. Guided by head chef David Higgs and trained in Milan, Saint offers fire-top and hand-made pizza from scratch, using imported wood-fire ovens from Naples. Saintfully sinsational.
Located next to Saint, Zioux (pronounced ‘zoo’) is a lavicious lounge bar and dining area unlike any other. Centred around an illuminated onyx marble bar with bold African art nouveau-ified interiors, Zioux invites guests to indulge in exotic flavours, untamed spirits and opulent luxury.
An elevated, extravaganary grocer, offering freshly stocked produce and warm tantalicious eats. Pantry is the fantazmic forecourt stop that has everything you want and never knew you needed, making it easy for a foodie to be fancy 24/7.
